This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not considered an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
